Welcome to BL Prime Holidays. These terms and conditions outline your rights and responsibilities when booking travel services with BL Prime Limited. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
When you make a booking with BL Prime Limited, you are entering into a legally binding contract between you and BL Prime Limited. A contract exists as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice.
Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@blprimeholidays.com. The following refund schedule applies:
BL Prime Limited is not liable for events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, political unrest, strikes, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
BL Prime Limited’s liability is strictly limited to the total value of the booking. While we curate high-end experiences, we act as an agent for third-party providers (hotels, airlines, transfer companies) and are not responsible for their direct service failures.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
