The details of your travel agreement with BL Prime Holidays.
These Booking Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, form the basis of your contract with BL Prime Limited. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
A booking is made when you pay a deposit (or full payment if booking within 60 days of departure) and we issue a confirmation invoice. From this point, a binding contract exists.
We reserve the right to amend the price of unsold holidays at any time. Once your booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed, except for changes resulting from:
If you wish to change any part of your booking after the invoice has been issued, we will do our best to assist. However, an amendment fee of **£50 per person** plus any costs incurred by our suppliers will apply.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports and the necessary visas for your destination. BL Prime Limited cannot be held liable if you are denied entry to a country due to incorrect documentation.
Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, specific room locations) must be advised at the time of booking. While we pass these to our partners, we cannot guarantee they will be met unless specifically confirmed on your invoice.
Final travel documents, vouchers, and itineraries will be sent via email approximately 14 days before your departure, provided full payment has been received.
